More than 20 Midland Power employees recently spent their day in Humboldt, helping to construct the city's new Wildcat Wonderland playground. The project is 1 of 3 community service events the co-op will participate in this year. The project held special significance since Humboldt REC employees helped build the original play structure some 30 years ago (Humboldt REC and Midland Power merged in 2013). As a member-owned electric cooperative, Midland is committed to bettering our communities.
